On October 2nd & 3rd the Ãļ§Ö±²¥ cross country team traveled to Darlington & North central high school for a double header. Our varsity runners took first place on both meets averaging a run speed of sub 20 minutes for 3.1 miles! Ãļ§Ö±²¥â€™s Ben Kenshock secured individual first place amidst hundreds of runners in both meets and even set a new course record at the Darlington invitational of 17:55 minutes with Lukas Smith of Charlie company trailing close behind him. Ãļ§Ö±²¥ cross country has not secured lower than 5th place position in classics and 13th out of 22 in the Heathwood Hall Invitational this past Saturday. With a full meet schedule, you can expect a lot of great things to come from these talented young runners!
