This past Saturday, cadets at Ãļ§Ö±²¥ participated in Round Robin Training as they continued working toward an important early milestone, becoming certified cadets. This hands-on training introduces new cadets to the military customs, expectations, and skills that are an essential part of daily life at Ãļ§Ö±²¥.
Throughout the training, cadets rotated through a variety of instructional stations designed to build their knowledge and confidence. They learned and practiced how to properly address officers, render a salute, march in formation, handle a rifle during ceremonies, correctly wear the various Ãļ§Ö±²¥ uniforms, and identify military ranks. Each station gave cadets an opportunity to learn through instruction and repetition while receiving guidance from experienced leaders.
Round Robin Training is about much more than learning military drills and courtesies. The process helps cadets develop discipline, attention to detail, teamwork, confidence, and leadership. Learning to follow instructions, work together as a unit, and take pride in doing things correctly establishes a strong foundation for success within the Corps of Cadets.
For new cadets, becoming certified represents an important step in their Ãļ§Ö±²¥ journey. It demonstrates that they are learning what is expected of them and becoming more comfortable and confident within the structured military environment.
We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and positive attitude our cadets displayed throughout Round Robin Training. Every drill practiced and every new skill learned brings them one step closer to certification and becoming confident members of the Ãļ§Ö±²¥ Corps of Cadets.
